Consequently, the preparation of the tooth is performed under microscope, the whole scanning process is supervised microscopically, coloring and staining of milled restoration is carried out with microscope and finally, the complete delivery procedure is executed microscopically, including isolation of patient’s mouth with rubber dam.
This so called Microscopic and Digital One-Day-Dentistry Concept leads to notable higher precision in all mentioned work stages, resulting in a final restoration margin accuracy of 6 to 15 Microns instead of conventional restoration margin accuracy of 50 to 150 Microns, which guides to significantly higher longevity of restorations.
Besides the microscopic protocol delivers more esthetic forms and colors of final restorations.
